With Givelink, Giving Hero provides a simple and secure link that can be shared in SMS, Social Media platforms and emails which shows the fundraisers’ campaign details and options to support their mission.
Giving Hero also has a donor management system to ensure that fundraisers can connect with their donors through their donors' information, anytime and anywhere.
Is Giving Hero secure?
Your security is our priority. Giving Hero’s payment gateway (Paynamics) is aligned with the bank-level and world-class security standards and it ensures that we treat all data and transactions with a high level of confidentiality.
We do not sell your data. We adhere to the Republic Act 10173 – Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Is there a fee when using Giving Hero?
We offer no subscription and no set-up fee. We only charge 5% transaction fee and 2.5% payment gateway fee. When donors do not opt to cover the fees, only the payment channel fee will be deducted from the donation.
How do I contact Giving Hero?
What fees are applied to donations?
Giving Hero gets 5% based on the base amount of donation but only happens when donors choose to cover the fees of their donation.
There is a payment processing fee of 2.5% (on average) which applies to every single donation made. This is a charge that comes from the payment gateway for allowing us to use different payment channels.
What modes of payment can be used to donate?
Payments from all major Visa, MasterCard, American Express credit cards or debit cards are accepted. e-Wallet and banking options are also available - GCash, PayMaya, Paypal, GrabPay, BPI Online, UnionBank.

Is it safe to donate on Giving Hero?
It is safe to donate on Giving Hero. The platform uses secure and encrypted payment technologies to ensure that every donation is processed safely. All payments are securely processed by the bank and we do not have access to any credit card information to protect privacy.
Giving Hero uses a secure payment gateway Paynamics that is one of the safest and most secure payment gateways in the Philippines. It powers many big companies like Lazada, Air Asia, Abenson, Converge.
What is the minimum donation amount?
The minimum donation amount is P100.
How do I make my donation anonymous?
When you make the donation, please ‘check’ the ‘I don't want my giving to be made public’.
This means that only the nonprofit will have your email details. They are informed that they cannot tag you in any social media post or promotions.
Is there a receipt for my donation?
Once you make a donation, you will receive a donation confirmation email with the details related to your donation within a few minutes.
The donation confirmation emails are sent from email@example.com with the subject title 'Thank you for being a hero!'.
Sometimes they might be detected as junk emails so make sure to check your spam if you have not yet received your email.
